Roleamp; Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Building: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, offering personalised assistance and advice.
  • Handling Inquiriesamp; Requests: Respond to calls, emails, and chat inquiries regarding policies, updates, and account issues.
  • Providing Excellent Customer Service: Ensure a positive experience with empathetic service and follow-up to enhance satisfaction.
  • Salesamp; Retention Support: Assist the sales team with cross-selling opportunities and help retain clients through ongoing communication.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with other departments to resolve issues and share best practices within the team.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to connect with clients, provide clear answers, and build rapport.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate.
  • Organisational Skills: Manage multiple inquiries efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
