With a wide selection of comprehensive programs and more than 45 proprietary brands, we provide a true one-stop product solution for our valued customers with unequaled variety and depth.For more information, visit: www.ctgbrands.com*Position Key Duties and Responsibilities: **Process claims, returns, and re-invoice for both Canada and U.S customers: Regular, Key Accounts, ECommerce.

• Schedule pick-up for returns.

• Handle customer’s complaints related to orders, invoices, payments issues and claims. Reporting back to managers with recommendations to resolve customer’s complaints.

• Investigate non-compliance charges for key accounts to address those issues to minimize reoccurrences.

• Filing key accounts vendor compliance manuals in central drive for future reference.

• Enter no cost replacement orders for lost or damaged shipments. Submit claims to couriers on behalf of warehouse.

• Back-up Invoicing when needed.

• Generate claim reports such as returns, damages, and short-shipped for analysis. Report any findings of unusual deductions trend or pattern back to direct manager.

• Update claims training manual and invoicing training manual for new handling procedures.

• Calculate and process volume rebates based on contract and approved by management.

• Assist with internal and external audit for claims and inventory cycle counts.

• Other tasks assigned by management.

*Qualifications**Minimum 2 years of working experience

• Minimum 1 year experience in consumer or product claims handling

• Experience with ERP System

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Proficient in MS Excel and strong analytical skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as a team member

• Strong written and spoken English

• Multi-tasking skills

• Post-Secondary Education/Associated Diploma or equivalent experience
