Above all else, we believe in doing the right thing for our people, our communities and our planet.Reporting to the Senior Director of Restaurant Digital Experience, the Digital Project Manager, will be responsible for planning, organizing and directing the completion of technology projects geared towards delivering exceptional Guest and teammate experiences in our restaurants, while ensuring these projects are met on time and within scope.What you will do in this role:Collaborate with the Senior Management team to initiate projects and ensure all projects have well developed business cases, ROI calculations, Executive sponsorship and Senior Leadership approvalCreate and manage the Project Portfolio, including project prioritization, resource allocation budgets and timelinesProvide project management leadership to the Restaurant Digital teams at Recipe for all on-going projects, including day-to-day management of project issues, vendor management and escalation and project deliveryManage and maintain Master Project schedule, while managing project dependencies and cross-functional project resourcesTrack and report on project progress, including routine reporting to the Senior Management TeamIdentify and escalate any early warning signs and devise effective plans to remedy the issues and get projects back on trackEnsure all projects follow standard documentation methodology and use centralized Project Document RepositoryProvide additional support on testing and validating project deliverables to ensure project requirements are matchedWhat we are looking for from you:Certified PMP or other Project Management related degree or certificationMinimum 5 years of experience in Project ManagementExceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effective present to various levels of the organizationSolid understanding of the Project Management methodology, processes and functions including scope, issues, risks, dependencies, financial and stakeholder managementPrevious experience in managing and delivering complex multi-disciplinary IT projectsAbility to effectively frame, facilitate and resolve project issuesKnowledge of and familiarity with the following: JIRA, Point of Sale Systems, Payment Systems, eCommerce Systems, and Google WorkspaceWhat’s in it for you:You’d be joining a close-knit, innovative team of creative and energetic go-gettersYou’d be a part of Canada’s largest full-service restaurant company that leads the industry in size and innovation20% associate discount dining card and monthly dining allowance valid at participating Recipe brandsA welcoming, fun and safe work environment founded on respectCareer advancement opportunities with a company that owns some of Canada’s most iconic restaurant brandsIndustry-leading benefits, wellness programs, and total rewards programsRecipe is committed to providing a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace.
