Looking for a Broker executive assistant/receptionist ASAP! Luxury boutique Real Estate office in Woodbridge. Real estate office experience preferred.**** must have experience in real estate admin****Duties include but not limited to:Administrative: Assist Lead Realtor with managing his schedule and reminders for appointments; errands, prepare email correspondence, report updates, filing, preparing listings for MLS broker loading - including writing the content for client remarks, extras & brokerage remarks, draft WebForms (Agreements of Purchase & Sale, Confirmation of Co-Operation, Amendments, Waivers, Notice of Fulfillments, Mutual Release, Schedules, Agreements to Lease, Registrants Disclosure etc.), write offers, prepare CMAs and listing package, completing trade record sheets, listing agreements, receipt of funds; compiling stats and data; creating & updating Office Procedures Manual PurchasingTransactions: Support purchasing clients with connecting them to the appropriate vendors, truck rental, lawyers etc. Help develop and provide services that assist buyers from the initial call right through to the offer process and closingListing Transactions: Ensure all listings are ready for market including preparation of listing paperwork; coordinate with Clients re: timelines, showings, vendors, offers/open house dates etc.; Coordinate and book Vendors (photographer, sign installation, stager, ect.)Must-have knowledge: BrokerBay, WebForms, DocuSign, Realtor LinkSome weekends and evenings may be required depending on high seasonSerious inquires only!
