Job Description

You can directly drive the success of the company.Our Professional Services Team is currently looking for an Implementation Analyst who will be a key contributor to the growth of Upstream Works. Reporting to the Director of Technical Project Delivery, you will be part of a team of professionals that deploys Upstream solutions to its customers. You will play a key role in the design, configuration and delivery of our Contact Center solutions.What you'll do:

  • Lead the installation and configuration of solution installs in client and partner data centers
  • Leverage your knowledge of our product and technical expertise to deliver an optimal solution for our customers and partners
  • As a solutions expert, collaborate with our customers and partners project teams and IT departments to determine how to configure the solution to best meet their needs
  • Work closely with Project Managers and Business Analysts to deliver Contact Center solutions
  • Provide technical guidance for configuration including SSL, Active directory, third party libraries that adhere to solution requirements
  • Document installation progress and ensure installation and configuration is done using best practices
  • Evaluate environments provided and work with the client to ensure they meet the solution requirements
  • Contribute to solution documentation and knowledge transfer to the Support team
  • Be subject matter expert on installation, configuration, hardening and environmental setup and requirements
What you'll need:
  • University Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrate working experience in enterprise solution installation and configuration. Including VMWare, Reverse Proxies, Active Directory, Load Balancers, Firewalls, this list goes on and on. But it doesn’t intimidate you one bit
  • Strong knowledge of principles and best practices in networking and MS SQL configuration. SQL qualifications preferred
  • Knowledge of telecom or contact center projects is an asset
  • Provide advice, guidance and consultancy to internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in an agile environment is an asset
  • Exacting attention to detail
  • Ability and willingness to write clear, concise documentation
  • Solutions focused with a track record of taking initiative to find the best solution
  • Excellent technical, problem solving and troubleshooting instincts
  • A track record of continued learning
  • You have worked on multiple projects at a time
