StylePhotos is an e-commerce photography studio. We are looking for Photographer/Videographer - Freelance - eCommerce Photography Studio to join the team for eCommerce and creative photoshoots. This is not a remote position, must be available to work in the photo studio.If you want to learn more about StylePhotos check our website: https://stylephotos.ca/Who We’re Looking For: · Creative professional with an artistic eye for producing consistent, quality images and an amazing eye for detail· You’re extremely organized and able to maintain a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment with an ability to reprioritize tasks as new deadlines and assignments arise· You’re hard working, proactive, and able to show initiative· You’re able to work independently as well as collaboratively, and respond well to guidance, direction and constructive criticism· You have the ability and willingness to learn new skills quickly and efficiently, and have an interest in developing new skills in content creationMain Job Responsibilities: · Capture a varied range of in-studio product photography, including flat and on-model photography for all brands and clients· Shoot products specifically for Amazon listings and promotions· Produce high-quality and consistently beautiful images by following style guide, ensuring they are correctly exposed and color accurate· In the absence of an Creative Director or Studio Manager on set, make creative decisions that support the projects vision and directions of the client· Shoot high quality and easy to understand by the viewer videos to present the product from the best angle· Editing and finalizing the videos for publishing· Name at capture and maintain digital asset files while accurately checking off shot lists and uploading to correct channels· Responsible for care and upkeep of all studio equipment, props, and supplies· Consistently upgrade knowledge of industry trends and continuously work towards evolving both creative aesthetic and improving our studio efficiency· Retouching and color correction of imagery if our retouchers are at capacity· Provide additional support as needed, including but not limited to: sample management, steaming, hanging, and product stylingQualification/Requirements: · Experience managing all aspects of photo/video production including: ideation and conception, timing, models, and post-processing· Videography & video-editing software experience is a huge plus· Previous photography & lighting experience required· Experience styling photo shoots, using various kinds of props and lighting· Preferred Photoshop or other editing experience· A superb eye for trending, style, and visual composition.· Proven experience with on-set standards, demands, and need for attention to detail. Ability to creatively problem-solve in a high-volume workflow studio.· Strong attention to detail, organization and time management skills· Working knowledge of Mac OS· Ability to stand for a minimum of 5 hours· Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 20 poundsThis is a project-based opportunity for up to 20 hours a week to startWork Remotely
