Become part of our team of more than 14.000 employees worldwide and shape your future/drive your future/drive your growth, at HUGO BOSS!Retail Visual Merchandising ManagerHUGO BOSS Canada, Inc. | Ontario | Canada | Full-timeThis position is responsible for establishing and implementing visual merchandising directives, window installations, signage and maintaining visual standards across Canada in line with the brand’s Global direction.Ensuring consistency of presentation in directly operated Retail Stores, Shops, Outlets and the Corporate Showroom with the key priority of driving top line sales results.Responsible for executing and supporting the creative needs of the brand in a timely and cost-effective manner.What you can expect:Responsibilities:

  • Manage and give clear direction to the Visual Merchandising team, ensuring they follow company visual standards.
  • Lead and develop local market enhancements Model store/shop/outlet.
  • Develop strong relationships with store management team and Retail corporate partners to facilitate store needs and drive results.
  • Responsible for elevating and maintaining consistent, high level visual presentation across Canadian retail stores, shops & outlets.
  • Deliver stylistically compelling mannequin looks and in store set up through Model Store projects.
  • Train and support store teams in visual competency and best in class standards.
  • Partner with Global Visual Team and Window Design & Execution teams to ensure alignment and place intercompany orders for seasonal materials.
  • Support cross functional teams in all store openings, relocations, expansions, etc.
  • Manage VM budgets for owned retail stores and shops as well as for WHS Partners and corporate needs.
  • Manage VM travel budget and coordinate team calendar.
  • Oversee installation and execution of all seasonal windows and in-store visual elements & signage.
  • Participate in weekly trade meetings to align with merchant and marketing teams.
  • Coordinate with vendors to support signage, large format image & digital content updates and window prop updates.
  • Supervise the setup of the showroom for seasonal markets, which are held 4(four) times per calendar year.
  • Routinely travel to directly operated stores, outlets, shops (HBC, Harry Rosen & Holt Renfrew concession partners) and to execute and ensure HUGO BOSS visual standards.
  • Assist corporate & retail teams with additional on-going projects (press days, seminars, market, new shop install, new store openings, special and celebrity events).
  • Maintain awareness of store VM product inventories, manage VM orders and facilitate logistics for distribution of window displays and mannequins.
Your profile:Qualifications:
  • 8 + years of Visual Merchandising experience with at least 1 year of Management experience.
  • Degree in Visual Merchandising or Fine Arts is a plus.
  • Strength in leadership and merchandising skills.
  • Strong organizational and operational skills. Ability to manage, oversee and follow through on projects.
  • Ability to travel independently (40% travel), ability to drive.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to work extra hours as needed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Adobe Creative Suite background is a plus
