We’re proud to be Canada’s leading provider of broadband network and communication services for businesses and governments.Position Description:Reporting to Senior Manager, Sales in Commercial Markets, the selected candidate must demonstrate strong capabilities in leading high performing teams, disciplined cadences, employee engagement, and an exceptional ability to foster internal and external relationshipsJob Duties / Accountabilities:Lead a team of dynamic Sales professionals generating revenue in wireless and wireline services from medium-sized businessesBe a great coach to your team membersComprehensive understanding of new and innovative technology, its applications for the Company, and its ability to position Bell’s product/services offerings to customers.Develop comprehensive sales plans for your region in collaboration with Marketing, Finance and other key stakeholdersBuild sustainable relationships with key customer accounts at the senior levelEstablish an efficient management structure within the team: manage key performance indicators, regular meetings, sales volume forecasts, year-end revenue forecasts, etc.Ensure that the teams observe company policy with respect to expendituresQualifications / Competencies:University degree; bachelor’s degree or higher Degree7 years of professional sales experience; with three of those years leading sales team(s)Strong people leadership skills with a focus on employee engagement, individual motivation, mental health awareness and interpersonal supportExperience in managing the sales cycle, including the steps involved in prospecting, qualifying, recommending, signing and implementing complex solutionsTelecom experience preferred with insight to Connectivity services, Wireless services, Voice and Unified Communications, Internet and Private Networks, IoT,Excellent skills with respect to negotiating, conducting analyses and leveraging data to make business decisionsStrong team spirit and ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and multiple projectsProven ability to build effective relationships with partners and customersBilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.Additional Information:Position Type: ManagementJob Status: Regular - Full TimeJob Location: Canada : Quebec : VerdunApplication Deadline: 07/06/2021Please apply directly online to be considered for this role.
