  • Does technical programming work (coding, development of test data, testing, correction) using systems whose general framework is established by the data-processing analyst;
  • Installs and develops software, configures and updates it;
  • Does various work related to data bases;
  • Monitors data bases;
  • Applies security procedures and backs up data, manages access rights for the computerized information system;
  • Provides technical support to users of software and computer equipment and intervenes when service is interrupted;
  • Develops cabling plans to connect various services to the processing centre.
Requirements :
  • Must have complete college diploma (DEC) with specialization in computer technologies recognized by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education of Quebec;
  • Two years of relevant experience in systems administration in information technology;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft active directory;
  • Knoledge of Citrix and VMware;
  • Teamwork and promote customer service;
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in french and english, both orally and written.
