You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.Job Duties/ Accountabilities:Maintains full command of VP’s calendar with a focus on priorities, time management and preference scheduling while proactively identifying and resolving conflicts.Scheduling and coordination of business meetings and appointments both local and remote.Proactively arrange business travel (hotel, air, car, etc) in compliance with company policy.Fulfill all administrative services and office management including mass email distribution, letter mail processing, courier services, filing, printing, photocopying, manage and order supply inventory.Maintains the Human Resources files for the department; processes HR transactions in the SAP HR system ensuring accuracy and meeting of deadlines.Act as assistant and on-site support person for major team events including set-up and coordination with the leadsReview all expense charges for accuracy and analyze discrepanciesQualifications/ Competencies:Strong oral and written communication skillsStrong PC skills (MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Critical thinking and ability to operate effectively under pressureStrong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple inquiries/requests based on their respective priorities and in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications/ Competencies:Knowledgeable in APSS, Ariba and HR SAP System, an assetStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with clients of all levels in a confident, courteous and professional mannerConfidentiality / DiscreetHighly developed sense of professionalism and ethicsBilingualism is required (English and French)#LI-MS1Bilingualism is required (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.Additional Information:Position Type: ManagementJob Status: Regular - Full TimeJob Location: Canada : Quebec : VerdunApplication Deadline: 06/16/2021Please apply directly online to be considered for this role.
