Job Description

MarketingVerdun, QuébecJob Responsibilities:

  • This role works directly with operations to identify all advertising, signage, and community engagement requirements.
  • Advertising (25%)
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans as required
  • Plan, lead, manage and attend all Resident events and sponsorships
  • Manage regional social media including planning, content creation and posting
  • Photography/videography of products, services, and experiences
  • Management of all digital assets including photos, floor plans, 3D tours, and virtual staging
  • Monitor, manage and report on advertising budgets
  • Achieve organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value
  • Signage (50%)
  • Organize and plan all signage designs, orders, and installs with vendors
  • Review and management of all signage timelines for renovations
  • Monitor, manage and report on yearly signage budgets
  • Conduct in person site sign audits throughout region on ongoing basis
  • Community Engagement / Events (25%)
  • Plan, lead, manage and attend all Resident events and sponsorships
  • Work with community engagement manager at head office to deploy regionally driven events
Experience and Educational Requirements:
  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business or Communications
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing, event management or related field an asset
  • Industry, media and signage experience and asset
Technical Requirements:
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Graphics design knowledge or experience an asset
  • Excellent copy writing and editing skills
  • Bilingual – must have a strong command of both the French and English language

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and comfortable representing the company at events and in public settings
  • Strong planning and organization skills with high attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners/suppliers
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
