The mission of the team is to leverage Bell’s investment in its core financial systems, improve business processes, increase operational efficiency and stimulate innovation. The team is currently managing SAP BusinessObjects Planning and Consolidation (BPC) and SAP Business Warehouse (BW) toolset. The mandate includes the administration, support and ongoing development of the solution in collaboration with Bell business units’ finance teams.Position Description:This position reports to the Senior Manager of Process Improvements, and will be a key person for the ongoing support of the planning and forecasting solution. The position will work closely with the Corporate Planning teams, the financial user community, and Information Technology (IT).Job Duties and Accountabilities:Lead day-to-day operations and related processes with the other members of the team (including process initialization (forecast, budget) and validations of data loads and extractions to and from SAP systemsFollow set procedures and adapt to any situational changes while meeting operational deadlinesProactively identify ways to leverage existing BPC models, standardize reporting outputs and extend the use of BPC and BW with our finance user communityProvide day-to-day support, training and education to BPC and BW users while keeping documentation up-to-dateMaintain user access profiles and security attestationContribute to the development of standards and policies in the use and maintenance of the systemContribute to the implementation of new BPC models, including performing activities such as testingMonitor system backup, process any data recovery, and perform various cleanup and maintenance processesProblem solving issues and coordinating with IT/CGI infrastructure support team when required.Testing related to projects, or environment changes like windows patches and software upgradesQualifications/Competencies:University degree in Management Information Systems, Finance or ITAnalytical, meticulous, and conscientiousStrong organizational and planning skillsFully committed to team successGreat communication skills and desire to share best practicesCan work effectively and take a proactive role with minimal supervisionExperience with systems development and projectsExperience with providing support to both developers and end-usersExperience with planning, budgeting and reporting activitiesExperience with the use of driver-based modeling to support planning activitiesPreferred Qualifications/Competencies:BilingualExperience with SAP’s BPC and/or BW Netweaver toolsetKnowledge of the SAP ECC and BW environments and understanding of their relationship with BPCKnowledge of financial consolidation accounting and/or consolidation systemsKnowledge of Visual BasicVery good skills with Microsoft Excel#LI-MS1Bilingualism is required (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.Additional Information:Position Type: ManagementJob Status: Regular - Full TimePosition Level: CP2Job Location: Verdun || Canada : Quebec : Montreal || Canada : Quebec : VerdunContact Name: Miglena StoyanovaApplication Deadline: 06/15/2021Please apply directly online to be considered for this role.
