Job Description

Project CoordinatorAbout us:

  • We provide fully integrated payment and point of sales solutions to restaurants, hotels and bars
  • We are known for our state-of-the-art point of sales systems (Veloce and Maitre’D)
  • We have offices in Canada, US and Europe
  • We are expanding and growing!
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team!About the role:
  • Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures
  • Organize, attend and participate in stakeholder meetings
  • Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings
  • Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings
  • Ensure project deadlines are met
  • Determine project changes
  • Provide administrative support as needed
  • Undertake project tasks as required
  • Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
  • Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution
  • Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective
About you:
  • Bilingual with excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate professionally over phone, e-mail, and in-person
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in business or related field of study.
  • You have three years experience in related field.
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • You have an ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • You have experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines
