  • Attend coordination meetings and site visits to assess the complexity of projects for estimation purposes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Participate in project kickoff meetings.
  • Take part in project retrospectives for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to cover all project elements.
  • Analyze drawings, specifications, and contract conditions, identifying risk factors and opportunities for managers.
  • Prepare cost evaluations for potential materials, labor, and equipment required to complete a project successfully.
  • Perform appropriate submissions and calculations.
  • Place orders in partnership with the Purchasing Manager.
  • Catalog site directives, including change orders and extras.
  • Contribute to the development and growth of Navada.

You have...
  • DEC in mechanical engineering or building estimating or any other relevant training
  • 5 years of relevant experience
  • MS office,
