In this role, you will coach a team to handle critical or complex products that require excellent client relationship skills to maintain competitive positioning.*** One position is slated for Vermillion/Viking, Alberta. The second position is slated for Edmonton/Camrose, Alberta.*****Open to Remote near the above Alberta geographic regions for the positions.** Key AccountabilitiesDevelop a plan to establish and maintain account relationships and meet personal/team sales targets.Build a business plan for each team.Facilitate use of resource to provide value added services to accounts.Develop strong client relationships that provide significant input to planning product, price and service strategies.Support and supervisor sales professionals in developing new market opportunities in the designated territory or market.Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.Other duties as assigned QualificationsMinimum QualificationsMinimum of four years of related work experienceMust be legally entitled to work for Cargill in CanadaMust be able to travel for business up to 60%Possess a valid Canadian full class 5 driver’s licence in good standing authorizing you to drive independently during the course of your employmentOther minimum qualifications may apply Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience leading a teamIn depth experience within the Canadian agricultural industryExperience in Commodity trading and analyticsCargill is an equal opportunity employer and committed to providing accommodation to our job applicants with disabilities.Quick Apply
