As a PML, you will be pivotal in leading and executing projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our strategic objectives. Your expertise in project management methodologies will be crucial in optimizing processes and driving continuous improvement. PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:As an integral member of the project construction team, the Project Manager’s role is not just important, it #39;s crucial. Your primary responsibilities include driving the success of Abstract’s construction projects by ensuring they are delivered to the highest professional standards. Your role will involve close collaboration with the Construction Manager, Site Superintendent, and other construction, development, and sales team members. Together, we will oversee subcontract management, schedule development and adherence, budget reporting, and compliance, and support the leadership of Project Coordinator(s) for the assigned projects.
