Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to join our Product Management team. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by gathering, analyzing, and refining requirements, managing the product roadmap, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value back-office features.Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirement Gatheringamp; Analysis: Collect and define business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Product Management: Own the product backlog, prioritize features, and manage the roadmap to align with business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with development, QA, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Agile Project Management: Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring timely product releases.
  • Data Analysisamp; Reporting: Track product performance, user adoption, and feature ROI.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates and training to users and senior management.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years in business analysis or product management.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with Agile.
  • Technical Expertise: Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and modern tech stacks.
  • Previous experience in a development or architecture role is a plus.
Please note that this is a hybrid position. Candidates from anywhere in SouthWestern BC will be considered, but you will be expected to commute to our downtown Vancouver office for the day, at least once a month.
