    • Pacific Blue Cross
    • Life $25,000
    • AD amp; D $25,000
    • Dep Life $2,500 spouse / $1,000 child

    • Drugs 80% $50,000 per year max
    • Paramedicals – 80% $500 per practitioner type
    • Vision Wear - $200 per 24 months 1 eye exam per 24 months Max $75
    • Dental – 80% Basic /50% Major $1500 per year combined 9 months recall
  • Shift hours are 9 am-5:30 pm with occasional overtime available. (want to make more money)
