Job Description

Client Success ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Client Success Manager to lead our customer service team. The ideal candidate will be people centric, have a strong background in customer service and systems, a passion for client satisfaction, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role is integral to our operations, requiring hands-on involvement in various aspects of our service delivery.Key Responsibilities:

  • Client-Focused Leadership: Lead by example, ensuring the team prioritizes client needs and delivers exceptional service.
  • Operational Involvement: Actively participate in all parts of the role, including answering phones, managing reception, and supporting the Helpdesk.
  • Portfolio Management: Take on one PM Ops portfolio to gain comprehensive knowledge of our operations and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to accommodate high turnover in entry-level roles, ensuring new hires are well-prepared and supported.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the overall team to adapt to fast-paced changes and contribute to a cohesive and efficient work environment.
  • Community Engagement: Attend networking events and new client meetings to build community connections.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Over 3 years of demonstrated success in leading high-performing teams, managing customer service operations, and optimizing systems.
  • Client Focused: Demonstrated ability to prioritize client needs over processes.
  • Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing situations and take on diverse tasks.
  • Hands-On Approach: Willingness to jump into operations and learn all parts of the role.
  • Leadership: People first approach. Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and support a team.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to develop effective training programs to manage high turnover and support entry-level roles.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the team and adapt to fast-paced changes.
  • Excellent typing and knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Suite is required.
  • Clean criminal record check.
  • Valid Class 5 driver #39;s license and a vehicle in good working order.

Position Details:
  • Full-time position.
  • $55,000-$65,000 annually to start, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Three weeks paid vacation.
  • Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm, with a 1-hour meal break.
  • 37.5 hour work week.
  • Working-from-home opportunities may be available once training has been completed (please note that in-office hours are required)
