eCommerce Trade and Content Specialist page is loaded eCommerce Trade and Content Specialist Apply locations Victoria time type Full time posted on Posted Yesterday job requisition id R008165 The Role You Could Play As the eCommerce Trade and Content Specialist, you will support in delivering annual sales and content engagement targets. Your outstanding organisation skills and attention to detail will go hand-in-hand with your relationship building skills to help deliver a world class digital experience. With our customers being front of mind, you will work to improve digital content and content management processes within our Digital function.While no two days are the same, you will:

  • Execute a user focused trade and content strategy to support financial targets
  • Management of content calendar aligned to digital strategy
  • Manage website and app trade and content initiatives to ensure we are engaging and converting our customers
  • Ensure accuracy and relevance of content is maintained
  • Use a custom Front-end Factory program to set up, schedule and maintain content assets in SFCC
  • Work closely with the SEO Manager to ensure SEO best practice by maintenance of all image file names alt text and a clear folder structure for all content
  • Partner with Brandsamp; Buying, Marketing, Performance and CRM teams to establish content requirements
  • Influence photoshoot briefs and coordinate products to support digital asset creation
  • Drive improved usability, design and innovation on site
  • Partner with Digital Product team to drive content initiatives
  • Report on content performance and develop insight via Google Analytics
  • Influence content strategy with data lead insights
What You Will Bring As a rapidly growing Digital function, we are looking for adaptable and resilient talent who will contribute to our culture of positivity and growth.   • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Exceptional organisation, prioritisation, and time management skills
  • Outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate cross functionally
  • The ability to work at pace and pivot when required, without compromising on quality
  • Previous experience analysing data and reporting
  • Previous experience using a CMS is highly desired and experience using Google Analytics is preferred
