And we live it too.THE ROLEThe Financial Security Advisor, Life Insurance provides trusted advice to clients who are active or former CAF members and/or their families. As a trusted Advisor to our client community, you will provide expert counsel covering insurance and education for the wellness of our clients. The Financial Security Advisor, Life Insurance analyzes clients #39; needs, sets goals and develops a financial security strategy in collaboration with the individual client and their families. The Financial Security Advisor, Life Insurance helps clients to achieve their financial goals by recommending insurance strategies in line with their lifestyle needs and risk tolerances.QUALIFICATIONS NEEDEDEducation, Certifications and LicensesBachelor’s degree or College diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or a related fieldLife License Qualification Program (LLQP) and life insurance license (British Columbia)Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or Chartered Investment Manager (CIM), an assetChartered Life Underwriter (CLU), an assetExperienceIn the provision of life and disability insurance servicesIn organizing and delivering presentationsCompetencies, Skills and AbilitiesClient focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.
