This role will focus on securing funding through grants, donor relationships, and campaigns, while strengthening Pacifica Housing’s public profile and advocacy work.The Fund Development and Communications Manager will work closely with the Associate Director to develop and execute strategic communications initiatives, support public and donor engagement, and build awareness of Pacifica Housing #39;s impact in the community. Success in this role will inspire new partnerships, deepen existing relationships, and help Pacifica Housing achieve its mission as one of Vancouver Island’s largest providers of affordable housing and supportive services.We are looking for a strategic and creative leader who excels in relationship-building, community engagement, fund development, and external communications.
