Thiscandidate will have complete ownership of the territories they support and havecommon sense in everyday business functions.Overview: Conduct Remote Client Consultations: Meet with clients (virtually) to understand theirfinancial goals, assess their needs, and provide information about different solutions. Thisinvolves explaining policy features, coverage options, and premium costs. Provide Customer Service: Provide ongoing customer service to policyholders by addressingclient inquiries, assisting with policy changes, and helping with claims processing. Foster Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships with clients by following upperiodically to review their needs, update policies, and address any changes in theircircumstances. Uphold Compliance and Documentation: Adhere to industry regulations and companypolicies by maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation related to client interactionsand transactions.Qualifications:• Excellent communication skills, including active listening and problem-solving• Ability to learn and adjust on the go (easily adaptable)• Works well independently and in a team setting• Possesses a strong work ethic and drive to succeedResponsibilities:• Attend weekly team building workshops.• Determine applicant eligibility, complete life applications and distribute all benefit enrolment materials.• Scheduling appointments with clients who request our benefits.• Prompt, professional and accurate correspondence with clients and other stakeholders.• Presenting and explaining insurance products and benefits packages over virtual video calls• Attending ongoing, optional training sessions for personal and professional development• Completing tasks that an underwriter requires to get the client approved for their coverage.What We Offer:• Stable, work from home position• Weekly Pay Bonuses• Union contract and representation• Life insurance policy for self, including Accidentalamp; Accelerated Death Benefit• Medical insurance reimbursement• Incentive trips team bonding• Exclusively promote from within​​​​​​This is a commission based sales roll with amazing perks and health and wellness benefits.
