Job Description

Job DescriptionWe will be hiring for 3 position as listed below.Operation Supervisor – 8 hrs. (8am to 4pm)Maintenance Afternoons – 8 hrs. (4pm to 12pm)Maintenance Weekends – 12 hrs., Sat, Sun (9am to 9pm)Afternoon Maintenance position should be skilled in the following:

  1. Day to day minor repairs
  2. Painting, staining and drywall repair.
  3. Tile replacement and floor repairs.
  4. Minor mechanical – changing belts, filters and lubrication of fans and pumps.
  5. Minor woodwork
  6. Understanding electrical, but not hands on.
  7. Understand of Health and Safety as it applies to working in this environment
  8. Safe operation of ladders and lifts.
  9. Moving equipment, furniture and displays for events.
  10. Other duties as assigned.
The Weekend Maintenance position.
  1. Day to day minor repairs

The Operations Supervisor position should be skilled in the following:All the above, but not limited to,
  1. Knowledge of building automation systems
  2. Worked with preventative maintenance programs
  3. Responding to Tenant maintenance and HVAC calls.
  4. Supervising and assigning work to other maintenance positions.
  5. Good communication skills.
  6. Reviewing and making recommendations for new hires.
  7. On-call First Responder one of every three weeks.
  8. Other duties as assigned.
