Our 19,000 associates can count on competitive salaries, top-tier medical, dental, career training, and support for continued professional development.Experience being part of a high-performing team with a fulfilling career in property management with FirstService Residential.Job Overview:As a member of a dynamic team at BC #39;s largest Property Management company the Marketing and Event Coordinator will be supporting the Investment Properties division on Vancouver Island by managing various marketing and advertising platforms, creating monthly presentation of performance to client, and organize and host quarterly events for tenants at the building.

  • Must be willing and able to travel to Victoria and Nanaimo as needed. Opportunity to work remotely in Victoria or Nanaimo if desired. *
Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating digital creatives using Canva and pushing ads onto various marketing platforms
  • Maintain, measure and drive brand awareness including online advertising, signage, social media and digital.
  • Managing and implementing advertising campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google, and various ILS platforms, and individual websites
  • Tracking and assessing spendings on the various marketing campaigns and their effectiveness to the budget. Tracking leasing statistics and ensuring CRM system is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Drafting, collating and updating templated monthly marketing presentation to client.
  • Responsible for maintaining company and brand standards for templates, letters, etc.
  • Scheduling and tracking open house data at property.
  • Organizing, coordinating and advertising tenant events at various buildings on a quarterly basis
  • Oversee the Google My Business score for various properties and managing the online portfolio.
  • Assist with townhome and ICS rental marketing material, such as: brochures, flyers, advertising.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ideal candidate brings 2+ years of experience in B2B and B2C digital marketing/communications within real estate, construction or development, or a related area where relationships help with business and consumer clients as well as trades.
  • Extensive experience in preparing exceptionally professional materials, templates, and presentations.
  • Experience in project coordination and event management are strongly preferred, and exceptional written communication is a requirement.
  • Experience with data tracking, analysis, and management is required.
  • Experience with various marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Business, ILS platforms is an asset.
  • Demonstrate excellent time management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, while creating great relationships within the team
A valid BC driver #39;s license and access to a vehicle with insurance are requirements of the role.What We Offer:As a full-time permanent associate, you will be eligible for full comprehensive benefits including healthamp; dental.
