Job Description

On behalf of our Public Sector Client, Ignite Technical Resources is recruiting for a Management Consultant Level 2 to lead Organizational Change Management (OCM), training, and communications for the Integrated Project Services (IPS) initiative.Summary of the Role:The Management Consultant Level 2 will drive organizational transformation through OCM while supporting solution architecture, project planning, and communication strategies. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience working on large-scale, complex projects, particularly within the Public Sector.Dutiesamp; Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement OCM strategies based on the impacts of change on various stakeholder groups.
  • Assist in the development of solution architecture and internal process documentation.
  • Lead project planning and create OCM and communication plans for smooth transitions.
  • Conduct change impact assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to align project goals, risks, and objectives.
  • Develop coaching and training plans, including end-user training and a comprehensive training toolkit.
  • Support the design of an operational support model and participate in project close-out activities, including documenting lessons learned.
  • Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and contribute to organizational design and transition planning.
Core Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in OCM, training, and communications.
  • Proven expertise in project planning, change impact assessments, and training development.
  • Strong collaboration skills across teams and integrated process improvements.
  • Experience working with large and complex government or Crown organizations.
Desired Skillsamp; Experience:
  • Familiarity with Public Sector projects and environments.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale organizational changes.
Terms:This is a 12-month contract with a strong probability of renewal. The work will be primarily remote, with occasional onsite requirements (2-3 days per month) at the client #39;s offices in Victoria, BC.
