Job Description

SharePoint Solutions DesignerInformation TechnologyVictoriaThe OpportunityYou are responsible for the development, architecture, deployment, support and maintenance of the Microsoft SharePoint content management platform technology and methodologies. This includes installing, configuring, and upgrading SharePoint systems both on premise and on M365 environments. You design and develop solutions to address business needs, and propose changes that would make the SharePoint environment a more effective solution while solving difficult and complex problems involving integration between content repositories and business facing systems. You execute, manage, and lead SharePoint migrations, and apply updates and patches as necessary. You support the installation, configuration, security, operation, and maintenance of all web portal servers, equipment, and software related to SharePoint infrastructure, and you provide technical leadership in large enterprise content management solutions with integration to business systems. In addition, you provide technical guidance to the team in the technologies related to the development and support of an Enterprise SharePoint environment (understanding relationship with active directory, SQL, IIS, etc.).Qualifications and SkillsYou have a Bachelor #39;s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related discipline and/or significant related experience. You have extensive experience designing and implementing SharePoint applications and Microsoft Server products, such as Project Server, Microsoft Power BI, Nintex forms and workflows, and InfoPath forms.
