Job Description

MECCA are looking for a Strategy Manager to join our growing Strategy team who are identifying and pursuing corporate growth and investment opportunities to drive long term value creation for MECCA. Suiting those with a Management Consulting or Corporate Strategy background, this role is responsible for managing pillars of the MECCA #39;s corporate strategy, assisting the business in delivering strategic projects, monitoring market and competitors #39; insights, and developing future growth opportunities.Your analytical, interpersonal, creative thinking, project management and leadership skills will be called upon from day one. You #39;ll be in the thick of the action as you work side by side with some of the best in the business to create change.What you would bring:You will be passionate about MECCA #39;s future and utilising your analytical and strategic thinking skills to support our strategy.You will also be able to demonstrate:

  • Extensive experience in Global Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy or similar in the retail / beauty / consumer goods sector
  • Experience in developing, prioritising and executing strategic projects
  • Experience in leading transformation programs and strategic initiatives in a fast paced, ever changing environment, ideally in retail
  • Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders to deliver outcomes, including working with the executive leadership team
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and influencing skills
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach others in developing a strategy toolkit
