Reporting to the Manager, Career Learning and Development, the Student Office Assistant contributes to student retention and success and to the University’s reputation for quality by providing administrative and project support to the Career Learning and Development team. The responsibilities will primarily include web editing and updating, employer engagement material/collateral development, assisting with outreach and event initiatives as needed.Job RequirementsA registered student at RRU Strong writing skills and attention to detail and accuracy Experience working with Adobe Pro and website editing tools Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Experience working in a multicultural environmentAdditional InformationThis is a casual, on-call position. The hourly rate is $24.17. Due to its limited term nature, this position is not eligible for enrolment in the University’s Benefits Plan, but you will be provided with 4% in lieu of vacation.
