Keep reading to find out if this role is meant for you!What you #39;ll be doing...This is a fast-paced role, where you #39;ll perform a variety of duties related to the dispatching of work to Transit Operators including assigning work to operators by applying different contractual spare board rules for VTC, LTC, and National Safety Code rules. You will exercise your analytical skills one moment, as you allocate various types of buses for all of our routes, while providing excellent customer service, as you respond to radio-transmitted trouble calls by You are someone comfortable learning new software and operating systems (we use PPM and Trapeze) as needed.Please note that this position has shifts that operate out of both our Victoria and Langford transit centers. You will be required to work a variety of shift times including into the early morning and overnight (2am).
