You will support the business by accurately and efficiently managing shipments and packages in order to serve our customers’ needs to the best of our ability. Join us and help us achieve our mission of having the best day every day.RATES OF PAY: $21.63 per hourSCHEDULE: Monday to Friday 3pm to 7pm MAJOR ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Use GCA scanner for all required activities with 100% scanning compliance.
  • Handling of parcels/shipments.
  • Ability to lift and carry packages, repetitive lifting.
  • Sorting packages to route.
  • General duties of warehouse cleaning.
  • Compilingamp; Analyzing operation reports.
  • Comply with the collective agreement.
  • Keep in mind safety and health measures related to the workplace.
ACCOUNTABILITIES/ RESULTS:
  • Responsible for internal and external customer satisfaction.
  • Professional representation of DHL at all times.
  • Proactively manage the customer’s perception of and level of satisfaction with our service.
  • Interact effectively with other members of the warehouse and operation teams.
  • Ability to follow policies and procedures as outlined by supervisors.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.
  • Ability to learn GEMA and other tools.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • High School Education.
  • Proven Customer Service skills.
  • Able to lift up to 70 lbs unassisted.
