Key accountabilities include safety leadership, operational relevance, and financial performance. During a typical day, you will use your safety leadership to guide and interact with the site team, customer’s relationship disputing resolutions, while maintaining P&L responsibilities to accomplish the business goals for the site. At this site near Carmangay/Lethbridge, AB you will typically work 5 days a week and 8-10 hours a day. The position may require up to 30% travel per year.MORE ABOUT YOU✓ You will need a safety-focused mindset to ensure compliance and optimal safety results directing a team that demonstrates safe behaviors✓ Your positive attitude will contribute to your ability to develop a culture of engagement, great work ethic, and continuous improvement at the site✓ You will be engaged in technical problem solving, handle the site budget, promote operational efficiency, and handle customer accounts and service contracts.✓ You will bring an associate degree or equivalent and experience and knowledge of wind turbines and power plant operations.
