Warman Home Centre LP is an industry leading integrated home construction, manufacturing and retail operation. We are currently seeking to fill the position of Accounting Assistant from May 16 – September 15, 2022, located in Warman.Key responsibilities include: Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Accounting Assistant is part of a larger administrative team responsible for the efficient day to day operations of Warman Home Centre LP. This temporary position will work Tuesday to Saturday. This would be a great opportunity for a post-secondary student looking to gain experience.Specific duties include, but are not limited to: · Reception coverage· Assist with recording of customer receipts and allocation of customer payments· Assist with accounts payable entry, filing and other administrative tasks as assigned· Vacation coverage as needed· Performs other duties and projects as assignedRequirements: · Strong organizational and customer service skills with a positive attitude,experience using a multi phone line system would be an asset· Basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills· Strong interpersonal and communication skills· Strong integrity and business ethics· Ability to lead by example and work well with others· Skill set to work in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking under minimal supervisionThe successful individual will have the following qualifications: Student in a recognized Accounting program or prior experienceStrong computer (MS Office – Excel) skillsPlease submit your resume by applying to this posting.No phone calls please, those selected for an interview will be contacted.Job Types: Seasonal, Internship / Co-opContract length: 4 monthsSchedule:
