Job Description

Seeking a stellar family lawyer to join a great team! This is a great opportunity to join an award-winning firm that is committed to supporting the community.Background:

  • 3-5 years of experience in all areas of family law including divorce, custody, spousal support, and child support
  • Drafting motions, depositions, expert testimony, trial prep
  • Well-rounded litigation experience
  • Licensed to practice in Saskatchewan
  • Small portable book of business is a plus
What You #39;ll Be Doing:- Represent clients in family law proceedings, including negotiations, mediations, and courtroom appearances.- Conduct thorough legal research and provide accurate and insightful legal advice to clients.- Draft and negotiate marital settlement agreements, property division agreements, and child custody agreements.- Prepare and file legal documents, such as divorce petitions, motions, and discovery requests.- Assist clients in gathering all necessary evidence to support their case.- Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals, such as mediators and experts, to develop comprehensive legal strategies.- Stay updated on changes in family law regulations and case law to ensure accurate and compliant representation.Benefits:
