Days Inn & Suites Warman is currently recruiting for a Front Desk/ Night auditor to join our team. The successful candidate must have open availability weekdays, weekends and holidays and be able to accommodate a flexible schedule.The main duties of of the Night auditor is to provide exemplary service to our customers by responding to requests promptly throughout their stay, handle guest accounts, cash handling, answer incoming phone calls, process reservations/cancellations and modification requests, registering guests and assigning rooms, processing group arrivals and departures, taking, canceling and changing room reservations, processing guests departures which includes calculating charges and receiving payments, balancing cash and completing related forms. They are also responsible for completing and balancing the daily audit reports, preparing housekeeping assignments, as well as setting up breakfast in the morning.The successful applicant will have excellent customer service skills, follow all policies and procedures as outlined by management and display a high level of professionalism.
