Job Description

About Oakcreek Golf & TurfOakcreek Golf & Turf LP is a leading Western Canadian OEM distributor of commercial turf maintenance and other equipment including Toro, Yamaha and Kassbohrer products.Our business seeks the addition of a Parts Representative for our Warman, Saskatchewan location.Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing excellent customer service and parts knowledge while meeting the needs of clientele ranging from golf courses, municipalities and walk-in customers.
  • Work effectively with a team of colleagues within the parts department and branch to ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Perform a variety of tasks throughout the warehouse as needed including operating a forklift, picking, packing and shipping parts orders and completing necessary paperwork.
Candidate Profile
  • Minimum two to five years of related work experience.
  • Excellent mechanical aptitude is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize issues.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to be self-motivated and work independently as well as with a team.
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels and departments.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and achieve results.
  • Apprenticeship training may be available.
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • You may be required to travel to the US for vendor-specific certification. A valid passport and ability to travel is a requirement for this position.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and the ability to adhere to the Oakcreek Golf & Turf LP Occupational Health and Safety program and Covid-19 Exposure Mitigation Protocols and Policies.
