Position Summary: Responsible for handling customer calls and gathering necessary information to schedule service appointment. Manage customer follow ups and give office support to entire company as needed using a variety of computer and organizational skills. Make outbound call to educate clients on our products and services, scheduling sales appointments. Ensure that customer needs are met while maintaining a positive, productive open line of communication between the customer and all company departments. Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of relevant customer facing experience
  • Comfortable with outbound calling
  • Superior Customer Service Skills
  • Professional communication: written and verbal
  • Well-organized and the ability to work independently
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Expert ability at converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments
  • Experience in offering membership-based services
  • Expert ability to respond to customer requests and resolving issues while promoting the brand
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Officeamp; Web-Based Software Navigation
