Warman Truss is looking for individuals to work alongside our fast paced assembly line. We are a production facility that produces custom made trusses for garage, residential, farm and commercial buildings.Responsibility for the role may include:· Working on the truss table which involves hammering plates into place· Operating the saw that cuts the lumber· Picking lumber and transporting lumber to the processing plant with a forklift· Stacking trusses into piles and packagesA successful candidate for this position will have the following:· Strong sense of teamwork: able to work well within a group· Basic computer knowledge· Previous experience in manufacturing is a plus· Able to comfortably lift 50+ lbs· Comfortable operating or learning how to operate heavy equipment and machinery· Safety minded and can follow all safety guidelinesWarman Truss offers on-the-job training, competitive wages, advancement opportunities, group benefits, a company matched pension plan, an on-site fitness facility, and an employee discount on products sold at our retail location.No experience required, on the job training will be provided!Must be able to read, speak and write EnglishStarting Wage: $15/hr with a $1.00 increase after 3 months.Every 2 weeks shift rotates between the following;
