We #39;re looking for someone who is passionate about working with plan administrators and advisors to provide an outstanding benefits experience for their members.   • Provide excellent client service via phones and written correspondence (e.g. emails, letters)
  • Update and validate plan member and plan sponsor information
  • Assist plan members and plan sponsors with account activations
  • Administer pay direct drug cards including problem solving utilizing provider #39;s software
  • Terminate and reinstate plan members, divisions and group contracts to ensure that only eligible claims are paid
  • Provide support to other applicable Group departments by assessing and confirming member eligibility
  • Request medical evidence of insurability when necessary
  • Interpret system audit reports and take corrective action when required
What you will bring:
