Job Description

Job DescriptionOcean Contractors Limited has been in the asphalt and ready-mix concrete business since 1974. We pride ourselves on having ‘Built on Quality’ products, services and employees. Ocean is currently seeking applications for Concrete Pump Operator to join our field teams.Reporting to the concrete dispatcher, the Concrete Pump Operator is responsible for effectively, and safely pumping concrete on job sites as indicated by the concrete dispatcher.   • Ability to work well with others
  • A devotion to working safely and protecting their coworkers
  • Communicate effectively, be flexible, and discusses and resolves issues
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs to the equipment
  • Comply with safety regulations and precautionary measures while operating the concrete pump - protects self and others by following work safe procedures
  • Load and unloads concrete pumps and attachments
  • Evaluate and assess the site conditions and set-up the truck appropriately
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:
  • Relevant training and experience
  • Applicable drivers license
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $21.00-$23.00 per hourAdditional pay:
