Join us and help set the world in motion!Job DescriptionWe are looking for a candidate to join our controlling team. As a member of our controlling team this person will collaborate closely with our internal stakeholders and departments. The candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Technical specialist and key user of the Controlling (CO) modules
• Technical support – Data mining reporting, create reports-based requests and analyze results
• ERP (SAP) Technical support – Solve issues and collaborate with other modules and key users
• Technical support for Business planning.
• Provide costs analysis and other key performance indicators to senior management, in order to support decision-making process.
• Forecasting: Preparation and submission of annual business plan and corresponding CF’s (current forecast) updates for management
• Ad hoc projects – implement changes in SAP from a technical/CTG perspective
• Product Costing: Oversee costing requirements in SAP and complete annual costing updates
• Variance Analysis & Reconciliations

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience working in a Controlling department.
• Bachelors Degree in Business Analytics or Finance required.
• Analytical/analysis skills
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficient with other MS Office applications such as Word, Outlook, Power BI
• SAP Experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills and ability to clearly communicate results with Business Partners
• Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams and produce and coordinate time sensitive deliverables
• Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment with changing priorities
• Detail-oriented with proven ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment with minimal supervision
• Ability to perform under pressure with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and be willing to utilize and learn new technology to solve problems
• Attention to detail and keen sense for accuracy are extremely critical
• Exceptional data management skills with the ability to work with large amounts of data and organize in a logical and efficient manner
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
