Inbound telephone agent required for award-winning messaging service. Agent will answer the phone for a diverse customer base and will be required to take and dispatch messages, place sales orders, provide emergency response and customer assistance. Candidate must be fluent in English and possess a clear and pleasant speaking voice. Good keyboarding and spelling skills are required.
