Job Description

Simple Path Farms is a Poultry Primary Processor.Key Responsibilities

  • Identify poultry defects related to food safety and quality.
  • Trimming and removal of defects on poultry carcasses.
  • Communicate and work closely with CFIA Inspectors, lead hand, QA staff and other production workers.
  • Help with other positions on the evisceration processing line when needed.
  • Follow all GMPs and meet food safety regulations, this will include knife sanitizing, hand washing and other protocols.
