Job Description

As part of an Extraordinary team, the Systems Administrator will play a crucial role supporting stakeholders internally and externally to Niagara Health. Leveraging experience in a healthcare or public sector setting, this role will collaborate with various programs to identify ways technology can enhance systems and methods for sharing information to enhance patient care and protect health information. This role will be responsible for interacting with customers and vendors to optimize and sustain current systems. They will also facilitate and support integrated system testing, requirement gathering, developing, and documenting policies and procedures, while acting as a liaison between end users and ICT. This role will have a System Access component and require the ability to process numerous tasks daily and meet deadlines.
