Job Description

Chick-Fil-A West Edmonton Mall is searching for highly motivated individuals to join our team as Team Members. In our fast-paced and customer-focused environment, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests. If you are enthusiastic about delivering outstanding dining experiences and thrive in a collaborative team, we would be delighted to hear from you. Chick-fil-A West Edmonton Mall is currently hiring various full-time and part-time team members to support the daily restaurant operations of Alberta #39;s newest and first Chick-fil-A location.As a member of our team, your main responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service. This will involve welcoming guests, taking their orders, preparing and serving food, and ensuring that the work environment is clean and safe. You will also have the opportunity to work in different areas of the restaurant, such as the front counter and the back of the house.Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and efficient service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Take customer orders accurately and process payments
  • Prepare and serve food according to Chick-Fil-A standards and recipes
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following food safety guidelines
  • Provide guests with accurate information about menu items and promotions
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional dining experiences
  • Promote and maintain the restaurant #39;s vision, mission, culture, and core values.
  • Consistently implement all components of ourquot;Winning Hearts Everyday quot; strategy.
  • Ensure that all training standards specific to the Pathway program are followed within the restaurant.
  • Ensure that our models - firstamp; second mile and recovery models - are maintained.
  • Possess strong personal characteristics primarily; humility, and a willingness to collaborate and learn
  • Perform additional work duties as assigned by leadership to support business needs
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays monday-saturdays
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Previous experience in the food service industry is a plus
  • Food safety certification is preferred, but not required
  • must be legally permitted to work in Canada
