How You Will Contribute:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IBIS/AMI Simulation Engineer to join our DSP team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating IBIS (Input/Output Buffer Information Specification) and AMI (Algorithmic Modeling Interface) models for high-speed digital circuits (SerDes PHY).Responsibilities:
  • Develop and validate IBIS and AMI models for high-speed digital circuits.
  • Collaborate with design and layout engineers to optimize circuit designs and improve performance.
  • Perform system-level simulations using IBIS and AMI models to predict system performance under various conditions.
  • Identify and analyze potential issues in the design or simulation process and propose effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure models are accurate and meet the necessary specifications.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in IBIS/AMI modeling and simulation.

Must Haves :
  • Bachelor #39;s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. A Master #39;s degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an IBIS/AMI Simulation Engineer
  • Strong knowledge of high-speed digital circuits and signal integrity.
  • Extensive experience with Matlab Signal Integrity- and SerDes Toolboxes.
Assets :
  • Proficiency in using EDA tools for circuit simulation and design (MathWorks QCD, Hyperlynx, ADS).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with other programming languages such as C/C++ or Python is a plus.
