Building Repairamp; Major Capital Projects Responsible for the development and management of RFPs, RFQs, RFTs related to facility infrastructure.Communicate and liaise with contractors, engineers, architectural firms etc. on behalf of the city. Primarily responsible for short- and long-term plans for building repairs and large projects.Minimum Qualifications:Minimum five (5) years managerial experience working in a building maintenance or comparable environment.Efficient with computer software and programs related to operational requirements and reporting.Valid Refrigeration Engineer Certificate is considered an asset.Accreditation as a Journeymen in the trades of plumbing, electrical or carpentry is considered an asset.Knowledge of Asset Management Processes and Lifecycle planningPossess a valid Class 5 drivers license.Clean Criminal record and vulnerable sector check
