Job DescriptionFront Desk AgentFirst impressions are everything! As a Front Desk Agent, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.We are looking for candidates to start in April/May 2024.Rate of Pay:$18.75 per hourWhat is in it for you:

What you will be doing:
  • Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
  • Maintain accurate records of daily transactions, including cash handling - currency exchange and balancing a float
  • Serve as a sales agent promoting and up-selling hotel services
  • Take initiative to add a personalized experience
  • Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling
  • Other duties as assigned
