Job DescriptionReservations AgentAll guest service has the potential to create a lasting memory when it is delivered with warmth and sincerity. Be an ambassador of our brand, where the engaging and anticipative service you provide will make our guests feel valued and reflect the exceptional hotel experience to come.We are looking for candidates who can start in April/May 2024.Rate of Pay:$19.25 per hourWhat is in it for you:

What you will be doing:
  • Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service
  • Book and enter room reservation requests
  • Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
  • Update reservations ensuring a flawless check in and check out process
  • Process advance payments on all reservations
  • Other duties as assigned
