Job Description

Consumer Direct Windows and Doors is looking for a Customer Service Representative for our Whitby Office and Showroom. This fast paced front line position is the pace setter for the company working with customers and crews understanding, scheduling and monitoring installations to ensure expectations are met.

  • Understand scope of work for installation projects and assign to installation crews
  • Schedule Installations with customers and installation crews
  • Build paperwork for installation crews and manage completions understanding the status of projects at all times.
  • Provide customer service during the installation assisting in troubleshooting and diffusing situations
  • Provide product support for existing clients
  • Follow up with clients during and after installations to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Providing a great experience for customers at all times
  • Complete paperwork and other administrative tasks
Qualifications:
  • Be energetic and enjoy speaking with people
  • Have good computer skills with the ability to navigate several different CRM’s
  • Enjoy organizing schedules and calendars
  • Have a construction mindset, understanding how renovations and installations flow together
  • Have the drive and desire to provide the best customer experience possible
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Minimum 1 year customer service or scheduling experience
  • Experience in the Home Renovation industry is a definite plus
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per yearSchedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
  • Bonus pay
Experience:
  • Home Improvement Service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Project management: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer Support & Client Services Occupations: 1 year (required)
